• Since the cleaning and maintenance of the classical type of dirt separators cannot be made easily by the user, they generally become out of function by time. With the help of ball valve on the bottom of the Magnetic Filter, cleaning can be done very easily.
• Specially designed stainless steel mesh filters are present.
• Percentage of glycol in the heating system is maximum 50%.
• Accumulated impurity volume is much bigger according to classical dirt separators. Needed periodic cleaning is much more less.
• The water flow rate is low at the bottom where the 2 pieces of 11000 Gauss magnet are located. Therefore, they can catch even the smallest parts.
• When the handles on the product are unscrewed, the upper part of the product with the magnets can be lifted up by the handles. The stainless steel housing of the magnets remains inside the main body. The dirt around the housing goes down to the bottom after the magnets are removed. When the drain valve under the product is opened, the dirt can be easily cleaned.
• Lifting up the handle and cleaning easily minimum 60 cm distance is necessary on top of the product.
• If the product is mounted on a vertical line in the system, the other connection which located angled might be used to cleaning easily.
