New Generation Solution for Pressure Management
It is a technological device developed to keep the installation pressure constant by absorbing the expansion in the heating and cooling systems. The system removes the pressure increase that may occur during heating by accumulating the expanded amount into the tank with proportional valves during the heating of the water. The expansion system prevents the decrease in the pressure of the installation by ensuring that the remaining amount of the plumbing water, which shrinks during the cooling of the water, is sent back to the installation with the help of the pump system.
It is a very sensitive pressure compensation system compared to conventional membrane expansion tanks. Depending on the working principle, it has the advantage of smaller volume.
Provides ease of maintenance and service. Since there is no nitrogen (compressed air) pressure inside the system tank, there is no risk of membrane rupture.
The device is supported by separate frequency inverters. The water level is constantly kept under control with the sensitive level sensors in the tank. The device's automation system detects the amount and location of leaks in the installation as a static level and turns off the system when it approaches dangerous limits and gives visual and audible warnings.
It uses 99% of the tank volume. The expansion system is ideal for tight spaces.
Local and remote access to the device is possible thanks to the touch screen, color screen and internet module of the automation system used.
The automation system has the feature of sending a fault warning to the telephone and e-mail addresses to be defined. In this way, the bursts, floods and major damage to the devices that may occur in large systems are prevented. The automation system keeps records of the last 20 faults.
Membrane replacement is required at least every 3 years in conventional expansion tanks. It also requires annual maintenance. Since there is no membrane in the pumped expansion system, there is no need for replacement and maintenance every year.
Automatic Filling Unit: The air discharged from the installation or the reduced (evaporating) water in the installation causes the pressure level to decrease. Level drop is detected with the water level tank level sensor (TSS). It takes place with the tank and system filling (ODU) unit. Any errors that may occur on the control screen depending on the leak or leakage situation in the system are written in the programmed language. (ODU) It has a back flow prevention valve system. Heating and cooling water is prevented from mixing with the mains water.
Pressure Evaluation Sensor: The sensor controlling the pump and back discharge valves in the system monitors the system pressure with an accuracy of 0.1 BAR. The system allows the water in the tank to be pumped into the system or the water in the system to be taken into the tank, depending on the operating conditions.
